It Was a Misunderstanding

Aug. 11, 2011 was the Leaders' Summit Day. And yes, fortunately, i was one
of the organizers of the event. I was the technical committee slash finance officer
slash utility man slash entertainer of the guests slash bad boy of the commission.

My duties as:

Technical Committee:
Brought my laptop, external drives, and all stuff.
Checked the audio and all the connectors before the programme proper, actually
I arrived at the venue 1 and half hour before the call time.

Finance Officer:
While doing the testing on the technicalities in the venue, ako rin kinokontak ng
mga inorderan namin ng pagkain. HASSLE diba? Sa akin din
humihingi ng pera pambili ng mga gamit kapag may na short like gift wrappers,
food & drinks etcetera etcetera.


Utility Man:
Yes, isa rin ako sa naglinis ng mga rooms after kumain ng mga estudyante, naglipat
 ng mabigat na table from a room to another room at nagrespond sa request ng sponsor
 namin na magpa activate ng mga sims sa booth nila. Di pa ko pagod niyan?


Entertainer of the guests:
Opo, ako ang nagentertain sa mga speakers na andun. Sinungitan pa nga ako nung isa from
Green Peace Int'l. Me to him: " :) ".

and lastly..


Bad Boy of the Commission:
It was never my intention to hurt people. Pero parang ang lumalabas kasi, ako
ang may mali. The scenario went like this..

Our chairman, Neil, saw some of our staff na nag uuwi ng excess food. And then
sumabat ako, "Neil pati nga yung HAWAK NG SCOA pinaghahatihatian na rin." 
Those were the exact words i uttered.

Neil ran to SCOA chair, "Bakit niyo pinaghahatihatian yung food sabi ni Brian?"


It was a misunderstanding. Ako ang lumabas na nagsumbong na pinaghahatihatian
ng SCOA ang food. Prolly, humingi naman sa akin si SCOA chair ng isang pack ng Lemon Square and i gave her naman.




Ang akin lang
*Trabaho ko kasi ang auditing so ako ang mananagot kapag may something
wrong sa liquidation.
*Sana kinonsider nila na napapagod din ako and i'm also human to have erred kahit
hindi ako may kasalanan.


I said my sorries na & tried to explain everything, pero she remained close-minded and wala
syang imik habang nageexplain ako sa kanya.

Freaking tired i was that day.Despite of all the aberya(s), i remained calm.
