Taulava's balls squeezed by a Malaysian player

After the incident of Yee laying hands on Grundy's butt, it's now
squeezing of Taulava's balls. On the 3rd quarter of the game, the Malaysian
Basketball player Kwaan Yoong Jing accidentally (if not intentionally)
squeezed Taulava's balls making him punch the
Malaysian player.

Seriously, why are these incidents happening in Basketball?
Can't the players avoid those touching of balls and butts and all?
